" Shuttle bus to/from airport not complimentary unlike some hotels. Check-in staff friendly. Room clean, bathroom a little dark. TV wouldn't work so summoned a member of staff who arrived quickly. TV wasn't plugged in behind screen. Bed large and comfortable. Food in restaurant good but pricey - they know you have nowhere else to go. "

Self Check-in is more of a hassle for the staff than the normal check in. It was ( and for the 4 couples behind us) a cluster F. The rooms are tired and the bar is so busy the poor 3 staff were swamped, which created angst amongst travellers, especially newbys whose excitement got the better of them.
