"We really enjoyed our stay, and Franco, the host, was very kind and accommodating with our requests.
One thing to keep in mind is that this is a pet-friendly property, and the owner’s dog is free to roam around the property. The dog is very friendly and well behaved, but if you are scared of dogs, it’s worth being aware of this before booking."

"Petit hébergement typique, un peu trop excentré (10 minutes a pied, car les ruelles ne communiquent pas entre elle). Sinon c est tres cosy, propre, salle de bain moderne.
Juste la clim qui est un peu faible, et que l on ne peut pas régler."

"Absolutely fabulous, very welcoming and friendly host.
Beautiful, spotlessly clean, large room with private terrace and large bathroom. Everything we needed and more.
Breakfast was sweet Italian at a local family run cafe, although, free shared coffee machine, kettle, fridge, microwave and snacks available to all guests in the lobby. Walking distance to beach and beach bars/restaurants.
I thoroughly recommend staying here and would definitely return in the future.

"L'appartamento è grande, spazioso, con un buon parcheggio e lontano dal caos di Matera, ma non abbastanza da essere isolato da tutto. Il difetto principale non è della struttura in sé ma della strada per arrivarci che segue salite e discese delle colline adiacenti. Bella da fare di giorno, meno la sera.
La piscina è ben tenuta e con lettini per stare tranquilli nelle giornate estive.
