"I received an email from the host with accurate check-in information 1 day prior to check in. The breakfast was very minimal with toast being the only hot food offered. The windows in the room opened, allowing a nice breeze. The bed was soft and moderately comfortable. The view of the Sterling streets was nice and the property is within a 15 minute walk of the sterling castle. Be advised of spiral staircases making it difficult to get luggage larger than carry-on size up to the room. "

"We were pleased with the property and stay overall. The only thing that we did not care for was there was not individual control over the heat in the room at night as sometimes it was quite chilly."

"Twin room. Could be cleaner ( some dust) but overall very nice bathroom very clean and fresh. Breakfast was excellent lots of choice including healthy options. Cooked breakfast was nice and hot (covered buffet). Staff all friendly and helpful. Beds were a little hard for my taste but room was quiet and I slept well. I would stay here again without question. "
