"The bathroom smelled badly. The shower door rail was broken. There were no chairs, tables, or even cups in the room. They did provide a free continental breakfast."

"This hotel also serves as a museum of local Bosnian handicrafts and is full of charm. The guest rooms are tucked away in between rooms that showcase the museum’s collections. The staff is exceptionally kind and friendly. The breakfast was fairly standard without cooked to order options. We had a visually anttractive attic room suite that was not ideally suited to older travelers. A lot of the floor space in the bed and bathrooms was unusable because of the steep pitch of the roof. "This hotel was perfect for me and my friends. We enjoyed the swimming pool and spa service and the staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast was good with a variety to choose from. Our rooms were perfect we had balconies and great views of Mostar. Stari most old bridge and old town were just 5 minutes walking distance. Such an ideal Location for a hotel. Thank you"

"Stayed for one night. Location is fantastic with the added extra of having car parking available. Staff very helpful and rooms clean with effective air conditioning. We did find the beds not the most comfortable, but that is only our opinion"
