Overall, a decent hotel with friendly staff. The rooms are very basic and don’t have tea or coffee facilities. It’s advertised as a 4-star hotel, but I personally wouldn’t consider it to be 4-star quality.

Free parking which was very nice. The hotel was nice and the staff during the day was very kind and smiling but we cannot say the same about the night staff which was rude and not so welcoming. We did not have wifi throughout our stay even though we have got some vouchers, that should work.

My friend and I only stayed for one night there. That was good as the rooms were very basic, the TV doesn't work, the safe was broken, the furniture was very much dated, has no kettle or complimentary water, tea or coffee. The lifts are too small and we climbed 4 floors ( where our rooms were) rather than waiting for our turn to get the lift. In my friends room, some of the sockets has no power, also the rooms have only one trash can and that is in the bathroom. They told us that they have a cafe at the restaurant, but when we went there they told us that we can't go to the cafe as they were expecting large party of guests so they served the coffee outside the restaurant. The rooms were fairly priced but I wouldn't call it a 4 stars hotel.

It's a good hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is good for this price range. The location is good, relatively close to Mostar bridge and train station. Internet is reliable. There is a coach station downstairs, which is very convenient. No cups or kettle in the room, but you can get cups and hot wate from downstairs. It's a bit disappointing that the hotel advertises a gym, but you have to pay for this separately (at a discount).

Overall Really great - though, noise problem + bed

Was overall really great, really amazing service and staff! However, there two things that could be improved: 1. It was really easy to hear everything in the hall outside the room and there were also a lot of people making noise in the middle of the night, several times. So maybe install better sound isolation in doors if possible, and maybe clearer instructions to visitors to keep the noise levels down in the night. 2. The beds could be a little softer. I usually sleep on quite hard bed but this was almost like laying on the floor, hehe. Other than that it was really super great. Thanks again for the excellent service.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating Some of the rooms were older but they had no issues transferring us to a more updated one Room was clean and with plenty of space A/C worked great Breakfast was great with lots of choices The only drawback that it was a bit far but taxis were very affordable and easy to find! And the front desk was very helpful with calling them whenever needed!
