"I didn’t stay. The front desk person told me the system was down and he didn’t know when it was going to come back up. I had a car full of kids and it was almost midnight. I left and I will not be returning. "

"Easy check in/out. Easy navigation throughout hotel itself. Felt very safe. "

"The breakfast and couple staff members we spoke to were the only positives about this hotel. The pictures are very misleading. Upon arrival we were told that we had 15 minutes to let them know if anything was wrong with the room. Everytime we turned on the tub brown water would come out, the fridge didn’t work, at one point the door battery died and we were locked out of our room until we could change the batteries. Entrance 7, the door was broken so anyone could enter without a key. There were multiple people sleeping in their cars in the parking lot despite there being “onsite security”. There is no elevator so hopefully you don’t stay on the second floor. "

"We loved this hotel, and we will be back. The staff was incredible. Friendly and nice. The waterpark was perfect for the price. The hot tub wasn't working. The water in the other pools was very nice and warm. The bad side was the noise. The HWY was louder than expected. (ask for a room on the other side of the hall)."
