Upon arrival the room was clean and tidy did not have any problems with getting extra towels or another needed for the room. The staff was very nice . The valet parking was good it did not take long to get car coming from inside hotel or coming back to get car parked. Everyone was nice and professional. The staffs were very welcoming and helpful. The room and common area were kept clean. In general, I had a comfortable and peaceful stay. The location was great for walking and taking public buses. However, there were stains and residues near the sink and shower room faucet, as well as on the floor of the bathrooms. The coffee machine was missing the filter tray so I could not make coffee one morning.

Parking across the street was $15 cheaper than valet. We had a Cass Street facing room which was very noisy from street noise (cars racing and blasting music) from our 4th floor room. I suspect that the 6th floor would not have made any difference. We stayed Saturday and Sunday nights, so definitely a weekend vibe in town. The hotel itself was quiet, just noise from the street, until after 2am. The hotel was close to the Riverwalk which we walked multiple times, as well as walking to the aquarium (30min) with a number of bars and restaurants near by.
