"We visited this property as a family with two simple expectations: a clean, quiet room for a good night's sleep, and a decent breakfast. Unfortunately, the hotel fell short on both counts.
The Room & Sleep Quality
Throughout the entire night, there was a persistent, keeping-us-awake noise coming from the AC vent. Because we were only staying for a single night, we decided against asking for a room change. Packing up all of our luggage and moving the family to a different room—especially from the second floor—is just too much of a hassle late at night. We shouldn't have had to choose between a noisy room and the exhaustion of moving.
The Breakfast Experience
The breakfast service was equally disappointing, largely due to the staff. The lady managing the area seemed to be doing things completely on her own timeline. Essential items were left empty and weren't refilled. The food itself was the standard, uninspired hotel fare—scrambled eggs, biscuits, fruit, and yogurt—but it was the dismissive attitude of the server that really ruined the meal.
A property can have all the potential in the world, but poor maintenance and indifferent service will completely ruin a family stay. We won't be returning."
