"We loved our stay, the rooms , lobby, pool area and barbeque area were well maintained and user friendly. We had our small dog and there was plenty of areas to walk her. The staff was extremely nice and friendly."

"When we checked in, the internet or their key card device wasn’t working. So it took a while for everyone to check in. The staff gave us gift cards to the nearby Dutch Bros to compensate us. So that was nice. The rooms have been renovated. The room and bathroom were clean. The bed was very new but it didn’t have a mattress cover. Luckily the mattress was newer and clean. Wish there was a microwave in the room. We stayed for two nights."

"The entry was clean! The room was not! I was happy that I purchased a sleeping bag because the bed had hair in between the sheets and cover! The A/C blew out - well it was not pleasant!! The carpet CRUNCHED!!! The shower and bath combo 😂 should be replaced with a shower esp as I nearly slipped getting out! I don’t use hotel towels ever so couldn’t be helpful with that info! So no stars for this location!! Best Western Plus-Bayshore Inn was a lot better!"

"rooms, towels and sheets were clean. staff was very helpful and friendly. ice maker was broken, workout room equipment needs some help- treadmill was stuck at an incline and the bikes were not easy to not able to be adjusted. breakfast was subpar, eggs were terrible (maybe it was just our luck that day) and less variety than you would think for a place like this, however they did have a make your own waffle option which is great for the kids. good enough for what you paid for overall though."

"Broken elevator and no help carrying luggage up stairs, musty smell, broken TV, had to change rooms after already unpacking. Moved to an even mustier room which was located next to the ice machine and elevator, it was so noisy it sounded like people were in our room, water in shower smelled so bad it was disgusting and water pooled unless dirty plug was taken completely out. "I liked the check in process. It was very efficient. When you step into the office a person comes on a screen and basically does a Zoom call with you. The hotel room was clean. Beverly the housekeeper was amazing, super friendly and always there to help if you needed anything. The hotel has super fast WiFi. The Ice machine worked great and the shower was hot and had lot’s of water pressure. There is a Steakhouse and bar right next door that had great food. The minor issues that you might have...

"Check-in was easy. Got to the room and turned on the fan. It was quite noisy. Front desk sent the maintenance guy in while we were at dinner. He stated that this is the normal sound. We were able to change rooms and the fan was much quieter in this room. I needed more than a sheet to sleep under and the quilt was way too much. Would be nice if they provided blankets also in the rooms. Breakfast was good. had a nice variety to choose from."

"This worked well as a super last minute night after our previous plans fell through. The room was clean enough with a few stains on the pillows. Unfortunately it reeked of weed so we had to air it out. All in all very reasonable night all things considered"
