"The hotel is nice it’s in a good position for the town or quayside close to the train station however are room was underwhelming, we could hear the train it looked out to another building so you felt very enclosed amenities were limited the room was hot and smaller than others evacuated in the town it was ok but we think there are much better hotels in Newcastle if you are looking for a stay"

Hotel was lovely, room was spacious and very clean. Owners were very nice and very helpful. Breakfast was fabulous. The owners could not do enough to help you enjoy your stay. Gave lots of information on the local area and would book restaurants etc if you asked. Highly recommend this hotel.
