Amanda & Rob could not have done more for us

Fantastic b&b. Amanda & Rob could not have done more to make sure we felt more welcome and ensure we had an enjoyable stay. The room was fab, very clean and well presented. The breakfast was spot on. The location was in the centre of Jedburgh with lots of choice for food and drink. Next time we return for the Jedburgh running festival we will definitely be back here. Brilliant to have a LGBTQIA+ friendly b&b.

The welcome was friendly, the whole place was clean, tidy and well maintained, the bedroom was comfortable, thebreakfasts were well cooked and presented. Overall a most pleasant stay.

Modern and stylish guest house.

Lovely stay at Meadhon House as part of a Borders exploration trip. Easy walking distance to Jedburgh Abbey and town centre. The room was beautifully furnished and very well appointed. Breakfast was very tasty with good options. Lovely warm welcome from Amanda and Rob - turns out it is a very small world indeed! We shall return if ever back in the area.

Had an excellent night's sleep here before the Jedburgh Ultra. The bedding was high-thread Egyptian cotton and felt very smooth and cool and luxurious. The mattress was super-comfy too. The owners Amanda and Rob were really welcoming when I arrived. It was just a few minutes walk from the bus stop. There were codes for the front door, porch door and rooms, so it felt secure. An early start for me, so I didn't have time for breakfast, but looked like lots of good options available for that too. Would definitely highly recommend to anyone visiting Jedburgh!

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights . The owners Amanda and Rob were very friendly hosts, they were kind enough to give us a gift for our anniversary which was much appreciated. The B & B itself was spotless and the beds comfortable, with an excellent breakfast to start the day. I would stay here again if in the area.

Blissful

Headhon House – A great solid old building, beautifully repurposed into a wonderfully intimate boutique hotel / guest house. Jutting out into Castlegate it shouts its presence to Jedburgh, with a Castle to the left, an Abbey behind it, a market square to the right, it is surrounded by the great and historic places of this wonderful Borders town. Although in the middle of all this, it is calm and peaceful inside, and Amanda & Rob have created an extra special place to relax. Nothing is too much for them to make your stay a pleasant one and I love their attention to detail, even down to the placement of butter knives on the breakfast table, and at the opposite end of the scale, the Muddy Boot tray by the entrance, and so much more.

The owner was very helpful and supportive, the breakfast was good and set me up for the day; no complaints there. The door locks are unique with pin codes that can be changed which I found a good idea; no keys can be lost. The room was very nice, bed very comfortable, the toilet/shower room very spacious. No complaints about my stay. I was comfy, I slept well. There was no road noise. I would reccomend this as your stay in Jedburgh
