"Merci"

"good hotel in general, but room not really satisfactory and clean"

"Heerlijk ontbijt, hele nette kamers, ideale locatie, prachtig zicht vanaf het dakterras, steeds lekkere koffie en fris water beschikbaar. Vriendelijk personeel. Wij komen terug!"

"Hotel rooms are a little dated but great value for money and staff very helpful"

"Nice staf, Clean rooms. Nice surrounding"

"The hotel itself was great as well as the restaurant. Unsure how I didn’t know it was connected to a casino before booking but I was caught off guard when it felt like I was checking into the circus casino when it’s the same space as the hotel. Overall, location and everything was good but slightly uncomfortable leaving the hotel. Several sketchy characters lingered in the parking lot when we walked our bikes back and forth from the garage. If I felt more safe at the hotel and its surroundings,...

"Fonctionnel propre, calme et agréable personnel"

"Top"

"Excellent communication with the hotel, great free shuttle service to and from the airport."

"Goede lokatie bij luchthaven. Fijn restaurant en goed bed en ontbijt."

"Looking a bit dated"

"Smidig lösning med kodlås. Inte den trevligaste gatan i Namur men ändå centralt. Saknar AC men har en golvfläkt (som lät väldigt mycket). Prisvärt och bra alternativ till både AirB&B och hotell."

"Excellent Hotel ! Accueil très chaleureux !"

"Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Vriendelijk personeel. Douche was beetje verouderd en kozijn kapot maar voor de prijs willen wij niet klagen"

"The hotel staff were quite indifferent, unfriendly, and unwelcoming. We felt that guest satisfaction was not a priority at this hotel. Significant improvements are needed in both service quality and staff attitude."
