"Reception staff made us feel as if we were an inconvenience. On arrival told No availability to eat at the hotel as restaurant fully booked! Rooms no a/c, no tv, no bar, no safe, clean but basic. Beautiful location."

"La chambre était conforme a mes attentes, mais le ménage laissait a désirer. Je trouve qu'il manquait dans la salle de bain des crochets pour les serviettes.. J ai passer 3 nuitée et le dernier jours j ai commencé à avoir des boutons sur le corps comme des piqûres d'insectes, verdict de mon médecin piqûres de punaises de lit !!! Donc méfiance !!! Onze kamer was op de 2e verdieping, de volle zon tot zonsondergang erop. Het was onverantwoord om in die kamer te verblijven. "I booked a standard double - on arrival I was given a room key for a top foor room. There is no lift and the stairs are steep. The room was terrible - every surface was sticky, the bed ancient and I felt disgusting just being in there. After checking Expedia it stated they still had 3 deluxe rooms available so I went to ask at reception if i could upgrade. Suddenly nobody spoke English anymore and I had to communicate in my broken French. The lady first insisted she had no other rooms available...
