"Everything was working in the room, and while it is a little bit older, it is in a central location and I would stay there again."

"Rooms were dated. The sliding door to the balcony needed the Jaws of Life to open it. The bedroom door to the balcony had a wood separation and you could look through the door. Room service was nonexistent and when we wanted 2 towels and 4 washcloths...4 towel and 4 hand towels. Parking was at a minimum. We got to park one night in front of our room. Trash pickup was not daily and the room next to us had trash sitting for 3 days. Checking in was easy. Then you got a card to give to some dude sitting off the left for a "free map" and the Time Share BS. I said no 3x. He said it isn't like waterboarding....yes it is. I was waterboarded as a aircrew member with the AF. High pressure BS at my age. No means no. The location is really in a good spot which is why we stayed there and Hyatt is top tier. Just minor slips and yes, we would stay there again. Oh, the donuts set out one morning had SALT instead of sugar coating. NOT Hyatt's fault but pretty funny. We got punked but nobody got bent out of shape. Staff handled the issue well. "

"Great location. Nice courtyard where guests mingle over cocktails with the red Sedona rocks in plain view. Rooms are standard. Staff was very accommodating. Somewhat disappointed in the restaurant service and food quality - recommend eating outside for best ambiance. "

"This spot was perfect for escaping Phoenix's crowds, it's just outside Sedona, near Slide Rock Park, Westfork hiking trail, and Harding Springs. We loved how quiet it was, right by the creek, with amazing views. The place is rustic, with two fireplaces, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. It's super spacious, perfect for a romantic getaway, celebrating something special, or just chilling with nature. Wish we could've stayed another night. The only downside was no phone service and the internet wasn't working. That bummed me out since we had an infant, and couldn't call in an emergency. Overall, I'd totally go back and stay here again."
