Dont stay here this hotel is so basic .No English spoken no amenities . So tiny rooms .I stayed Hotel Metropolitan last time nicer.The price of this hotel not worth it to much for so little.Rooms very old very dingy.

部屋が非常に狭く作業用の机も非常に小さく椅子も腰掛けがなく腰痛になりそうでした。パソコン作業がある人は避けた方が良いでしょう。

盛岡に行くときはよく利用してきたが、前年より掃除の質が随分と下がっていて残念に思った。滞在初日から蓄積した埃や髪の毛の取り残しなどが気になったが、毎日の掃除も不完全で不快だった。その他、ロビーの受付等はいつも通り親切で問題なかったので、滞在したフロアの掃除担当者の問題かもしれない。

お風呂の排水不良でバス用フットタオルが濡れてしまうトラブルがありましたが、部屋交換をスムーズにしてもらいました。 その後の声掛け気遣いもあり、結果良い感じの旅行となりました。
