"Everything at this hotel is amazing, the rooms the staff and the complimentary breakfast. We stay there every time we come to Pointe Claire, unless they are all booked up."

"3 times I went up and down from reception to 2nd floor 3 times try to open my room door with no success I complain to reception he sant a anther guy he open the my room door with his master key and left he said he will be back with the pass key but he did not show up I went to reception again I asked for room change he did but it was not a good experience since it was my first in this hotel."

"The property is new and quite impressive. A nice selection at breakfast and the seating area was also quite nice. Now for the staff: We were sent an email about where to go at the airport to get the free shuttle. The information was incorrect and the manager did not seem to believe me until I showed him the email. The second issue was the shuttle. I called the hotel to ask about the shuttle and was told it would be at a particular location by 10:30pm. We waited from 10:05 pm until 10:35 pm;...
