"Overall a nice hotel highlighted by Bri on reception and many other helpful and friendly staff. Their was no TV remote (should have been checked I think by house staff) however the staff did all they could to find another and sort the problem. Our family room had lots of space and everything was clean. Breakfaat was good as were the facilities of pool, sauna, jacuzzi. "Quiet room though we were on the ground floor and had no view. Staff very friendly and helpful. Dinner and breakfast were fine; the best onion bhajis of my life so they are THOROUGHLY recommended. We went in the sauna and the outdoor hot tub- that was amazing. All in all, a good stay and I would definitely return."

"Lovely room, well appointed. The staff were really helpful and lovely. A great stay all round. No negatives whatsoever. Very convenient for the city but also for the motorway network. The spa was one of the best I've visited on a hotel site. Recommend highly!"

"Staff at breakfast all seemed subdued and only very few interacted with guests.
The choice of breakfast was minimal. In comparison with other hotels it was just about acceptable. Some of the seats were uncomfortable due to ware and tear. Ended up sitting on the frame rather than the leather clad seat cushion. The hallways were very dark and the room itself did not have adequate central lighting. The shower was a weak waterfall style shower with out a hose for extra use.

"Good comfortable bed and spacious room/suite. Staff friendly and tried to be helpful.
Not so good, allocated wrong room type, corrected when raised with the hotel. Correct room had very obvious damage which no attempt had been made to repair, when raised was told no other rooms available with an apology."
