"A pesar de un primer encontronazo con el que respondía al teléfono, pues no quieren entender que según Normativa del TS, no es legal el almacenaje de fotografías del DNI, y encima querer tener la razón, la habitación es espectacular, superlimpia, acogedora, tiene de todo y todo cuidado al detalle, la cama, es muy comoda, sin duda es de las mejores estancias que he estado. "My friend and I had an amazing time here to celebrate our 20 years of friendship. We were disappointed with the traditional restaurant 1860 as we ordered a very delicate fish, the rombo, and it was meant to be a simple grilled dish. Instead we got it covered in garlic and chilli. We were shocked as we didn't expect is from such an high end restaurant. Also we ordered potatoes without onions and they came with onions, after we complained they told us they were pre cooked and so already mixed, which again was shocking. Last they gave us instead a salad with lettuce and tomatoes and it came instead with pickled peppers. Just not the high end restaurant you would expect. The hotel staff was very nice, and they didn't charge us for it after we explained, they also didn't charge us for the room service in the morning when we ordered 2 cappuccino. We had an issue as they wrongly charged my husband for a massage in the end we didn't do. Overall they made our stay pleasant and fixed all the issues."

"The room was very clean and kept so by with daily cleaning team . The beds were very comfortable and the shower/bathroom was great too. The corridors could benefit from an upgrade as they were a bit bland and looked tired. Unfortunately some of the guests ( on my floor) didn’t adhere to the no smoking policy which concerned me enough to mention it to the reception team. I didn’t want an evacuation in the middle of the night ! The staff were friendly and helpful throughout and housekeeping was similarly welcoming. I didn’t eat in the hotel as I was visiting family so ate with them however, It’s a great central location so very easy to use as a base to get around Logroño so for me was a perfect location. . I’d definitely consider returning for that reason."
