"The room was not clean, the elevator was not working, the phone did not work, and the ice machine was broken. Continental "breakfast" was some messy toast and rolls left in a case. there was no fruit out no warm food at all. You could make your own waffles but with the cleanliness of the room I wasn't going to chance eating here."
