"Excellent hotel to stay. Everyone is friendly, nice and the breakfast is unbelievable."

"Staff was nice enough. But the room stank of wee. Every time I went into the toilet it smelt like a porter loo.. it just smells like it was used as a public toilet. I dont know, maybe some previous guests have weed on the walls or carpet. Disgusting. Unless it was only that one room we stayed in. It does the jobs as a one night stop over given the location."

"für eine Nacht ausreichend"

"Top Frühstück!! Zimmer einfach, aber sauber und groß genug. Bäder neu. Betten bequem. "Hotel was nice, low lighting in rooms was difficult for vision impaired. Light switches not in appropriate location to turn off main lights. Staff were always helpful."

"Excellent location with nearby restaurants and in walking distance from the historic city hall (Rathaus) and the Aachen Cathedral UNESCO World Heritage Site. Lovely clean and quiet streets."

"The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly and respectful. Overall, a pleasant stay. However, one unusual downside was that water was not available to guests who had not purchased breakfast during breakfast hours. For a hotel of this standard, providing access to drinking water for all guests would be a reasonable expectation."

"Perfect spot"

"Geweldig hotel.

Preis-Leistung: Ein klassischer Fall von „Man bekommt, was man bezahlt“ – wer keine hohen Ansprüche stellt, erhält...
