Later in the evening a Korean family also could not check in. It’s best to have a hotel with a reception in my experience."

"The property is immediately opposite Lausanne rail station and between the 2 metro stops. It is very quiet inside the hotel and the bed was extremely comfortable. There is a coffee maker in the room and a carafe for water. The shower is great. The staff are all very helpful, with ideas for places to visit and transport information "
