"Check in is at 4:00 and not one minute sooner whether they have available rooms or not. Refrigerator did not work, nor did half the electrical plugs. Weren't able to tell me where to park until after I had checked in, even though it would have been convenient to park the car earlier. No breakfast ..."

"The hotel looked okay from the outside, but the door for our hotel room barely opened/closed due to wood damage. The bathroom wasn’t clean, there were hairs on the sheets, and no view. Major updates needed. Wouldn’t stay here again."
