"An attractive property with a friendly, helpful staff, a good restaurant and an excellent location facing a lively open square. A few minor details required correction, e.g. there was no printed material about the hotel’s amenities in the room nor helpful guide to the city. Nor was there a hotel channel on the t.v. But all in all the rooms are comfortable and up to date in decor and we had an enjoyable time there."

Arrived at 9am and were expecting to drop our bags in the luggage storage but Luis from the front desk went out of his way to find us a room that was already available. "We are a couple who came for the weekend to attend a celebration of life. The valet service is very convenient. It was a little chaotic on this street on a Friday afternoon with checking in with the car, but understandable. The staff was quick to calm our nerves. The staff were kind, courteous and an excellent resource. The young man from France who greeted us and valet parked our car (and retrieved it throughout the weekend), was exceptional and we wish we could pronounce and spell his name. The continental breakfast was better than expected and the room itself was huge with a nice little table for eating and a kitchen. Would highly recommend!"
