"Only two very small towels in the room. Had to ask cleaning staff for appropriate set of towels. No hand soap for bathroom sink or tub. Room heater was so full of dust that it set off the smoke alarm when used. No coffee creamer for in-room coffee service. Bathroom sink water faucet leaked when using. ..."
