The place is fine, needs a good updating but was fine, the staff was excellent!! And extremely efficient!! The location was great!! The bed was hard and pillows were flat! It was very noisy for the time of year!

Perfect beach front stay - Lovely staff, rooms spotless. Just could do with a refurbishment, however due to how clean the rooms were, this didn't bother us as much as it may have somewhere else. Would happily stay again!

Besoin urgent d'une rénovation

124€ pour une nuit où l'on entend son voisin ronfler et flatuler me parait un peu cher. AUCUNE insonorisation, une simple cloison entre les chambres n'est pas digne d'un soit disant hôtel 3 étoiles. Les toilettes à 30cm du lavabo sont difficilement utilisables.

Très bonne literie mais salle de bain petite et vieillotte. Par contre, il faut déplorer une isolation phonique quasi inexistante avec les logements du dessus. Par contre l'accueil était parfait et les réceptionniste très à l'écoute.

Pas de parking et parking payant partout, lit qui fait du bruit, balcon pas lavé depuis très longtemps, pas d’ascenseur et pour finir coupure d’électricité à 3h du matin donc plus de Tv, chauffage et recharge éventuelle.

Belle vue / adeptes du calme passez votre chemin

Avis très mitigé, la chambre avec balcon donnant sur la mer est spacieuse et pratique avec son grand placard. La vue est superbe. En revanche, l’isolation intérieur comme extérieure est inexistante, on entend les autres invités tousser et les personnes qui parlent dans la rue. Nous étions pourtant au second et dernier étage du bâtiment. Par ailleurs, l’état de la salle de bain est déplorable, le rideau de douche avec des moisissures est répugnant et clairement à changer, il ainsi que la plainte sous la baignoire. Ménage également à affiner, notamment derrière le frigo et entre les vitres. Sinon personnel sympathique et aidant !

Hôtel au cœur de Palavas donnant sur la plage principale. Parking difficile en saison où il faut chercher dans la rue Chambre de taille standard. Lit Ok. Clim dispo. Lit standard Accueil agréable. En bref, très bien placé et pour le reste une chambre correcte sans défauts
