Would stay again - car park challenging!

+ Great location near Comedy, ATM, supermarket, Polygon shopping centre, restaurants / cafes + Friendly helpful employees + Good IBIS bed + Quiet location (room faced courtyard) - Car park is a rabbit hole, difficult to park with larger car down a severe narrow ramp.

This was a great hotel. Literally less than a minute from the centre of the city. Was a little noisy but only due to the road sweepers and skip trucks outside which come around between 4 and 6 am (price you pay for a clean city I suppose!!). Staff were excellent and breakfast was lovely. Free coffee from the machines for guests. I would definitely visit again.

My Stay at Ibis Style Montpellier Centre

Everything was nice. Great location at a waking distance of most of Montpellier’s attractions. Reception was nice to give me multiple choices of rooms so I was able to choose the one I felt comfortable in. The one thing that can be improved is breakfast. Also as the building is shared by 2 Accor hotels, breakfast is very busy and noisy at this period of the year.

Wouldn’t recommend

The hotel is ok. Good location. Safe and secure. Near to main square. However, the staff had a very lazy attitude to helping and customer service. I felt like I worked there at times. For example there are tea and coffee facilities available for use at all times ( none in rooms) but no milk or spoons left out. You have to ask. One guy sent us off to the beach but failed to mention there was no shade or ability to buy water there. When things went wrong they seemed to find it funny. No fridge in room. Ok but wouldn’t stay again.

Great location and a very nice breakfast spread. It was easy to walk to from the train station. The staff was friendly and helpful. One drawback was the outside noises at night. Not really in a quiet spot, but it eventually calms down

Disappointing breakfast service but room ok

Great location, comfortable room. Bathroom basic but functional, although I guess it's not unusual these days to end up with a flooded bathroom with a step-free / door-free shower. Wasn't impressed at all by the breakfast in terms of quality of the food offer, or the clearing of tables. It was disappointing to say the least. There didn't seem to be any hot options, so it was really just a cut your own baguette and jam affair with a few frozen croissants and pain au chocolat. Fruit salad available out of a can. I think you get the idea

Hotel propre, personnel agréable, à 50m de la place de la Comédie Par contre: - mauvaise insonorisation… quartier… agité avec buits, hurlements, bris de verre dans la rue jusqu’a 2h du mat - pas de plateau café en chambre - rapport qualité-prix catastrophique (275€, pour ce qui ressemble à une chambre d’étudiant)
