Al mattino persone che escono già dalle 5.30, fanno le pulizie già alle 7 di mattina che non ti permettono di dormire.
Totale assenza di contatto umano per il fatto che il check in si fa in automatico, se chiami c’è una voce guida, se scrivi ti risponde un bot automatico. "
"The stuff was so friendly. In our reservation with hotels.com, it says bed sheets, towels, etc. included. However, when we arrived, we learned it supposed to be extra. Since we only stay one night, they just gave us without additional charge when they see it’s included with reservation itinerary.
