"The reception staff are excellent, very helpful at all times. We only used the bar in the evening and again the staff are excellent. The disappointment with the hotel was complimentary tea and coffee is not provided. The reason given is we booked room only, which we find petty. We stay in hotels all over the world and this is the only time this has ever happened. It's little things that can make a difference, please rethink the policy."

"Beautifully presented hotel surrounded by well-maintained golf course and close to the beach with distant mountain views. Immaculate, well equipped and comfortable room. Food a little on the pricey side for Spain and food and service in the bar was poor and not good value, overpriced tapas in essence. The bar staff were dour and unfriendly and the standard of service was poor, we were waiting nearly 40 minutes for someone to take our order. Both check-in and check-out was undertaken by two girls...

"Der Ausblick dieses Hotels ist wirklich der Haupttrack hier. Mega. Genau so ein Moment, wo man morgens aufs Meer schaut und kurz vergisst, dass Menschen erfunden wurden. Der Blick ist wunderschön und sorgt direkt für Urlaubsgefühl. Allein dafür gibt es einen dicken Pluspunkt, weil man sich einfach gern auf Balkon oder Terrasse setzt und nur schaut. Das war für uns definitiv eines der Highlights. Das Personal war außerdem durchweg freundlich, hilfsbereit und angenehm. Man wurde nett empfangen,...

"Just back from a 3 night stay at TRH Hotel in Mijas Pueblo. The staff at reception especially “Giuseppe” is a great guy, very pleasant, helpful, nothing is any bother & made me feel very welcome. The hotel is fabulous, lots of areas to relax, especially the massive pool area. Staff in the breakfast / restaurant are so nice and helpful. The range of beautiful food is unreal.
