"This was an overnight stay on our way back home, so we didn't have time to use the amenities when would normally use. We were most appreciative of the night staff that held on to our rooms when our trip took much longer than we had calculated. The AI wall was not helpful and made use concerned that we would not have a place to stay with a late arrival. When we finally made it through to the front desk we were assured the rooms would be waiting as long as we made it before 3:00am. Cheers to the night crew."
