"Staying at Daphne house is a must. First, other reviews are 100 correct, as this property is superbly clean, decorated, and taken care of. There is even a lift for accessability. "This property provided easy access to Valley of the Temples and other major tourist attractions in the area. The host greeted us, carried our luggage and provided a great breakfast over the 3 days.. Our only complaint was the stairs, there were 3 flights, no elevator, maybe should have been mentioned in details. The host was very accomodating, we locked ourselves out and he was there in minutes."

"A lovely lady providing accommodation in her large and ancient house in the centre of the town. Our top floor room was spacious and well equipped and our hostess was quick to give us information and advice. There's no parking provided but we were able to find a spot quite close by. "Unlike some places we've stayed recently, this hotel not only SAID they had free parking, but they actually DID have free parking. The grounds of this hotel are really beautiful. It’s conveniently located between the hilltop town and the Valley of the Temples. There is a row of several restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. We visited in November when the hotel had just switched from AC to heat in the entire hotel. Because the weather had become unseasonably warm, our room was quite hot. We were able to open the windows during the day, but at night flies would come in. It would be great if the windows had screens. "
