It is also super clean the room we stayed it is the biggest we have in a Europe hotel. They have complementary breakfast and Apperitivo. "Great location; didn’t use the shuttle from the airport because o arrived very late- almost midnight -wonder if a shuttle can be prearranged; I just took a taxi and know of others who walked to the hotel because it was daylight. The room was a bit small; however I was there just one night and was able to easily walk to the tram station to get to the main train station."

"The building doesn’t look like it has had any money spent on it since the 1980’s.Very shabby hotel, shame on the owners, it could be fab. Had holes in sheets and towels. No duvet it’s a 1950’s style blanket between sheets. Not hygienic these days. Dirt and dust everywhere. Cushions with stains on. One pillow each. Dining chairs in the breakfast room all broken. "The Villa Neroli was exceptionally clean and inviting. It caters to a little bit more upscale traveler than most of the local hotels that I could compare. Well worth the stay!!!"

"The on-site staff was kind and explained how to reach the city center by bus. The room was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable. The noise level was minimal but this could be different if traveling during peak season."

"Beautiful well maintained location! Amazing views! The breakfast buffet was great and so large! Particularly loved the orange juice and cappuccino machines. The restaurant on site has the same menu for lunch and dinner so pro tip eat lunch at the bar with a different menu if you aren’t going out. The shuttle only goes to San Gimignano and runs at 10, 11:15, 1:30 and 5:15. We wish there was a 3PM option but taking public transport is cheap and easy. This is an amazing place to stay to visit...

"The staff are great. They are helpful, friendly and speak English well. The hotel is a little run down and beat up with minimal amenities, the toilet seat was off its hinge, the room was very scuffed up, and there was no furniture in the room. The bathroom itself was clean as were the sheets. There were no tissues. I would expect more from a Wyndham flagged hotel."

"Great clean inviting hotel with amazing common spaces. Greatly appreciate it being just a smidge outside of the chaos that is the historic city center. You definitely have an extra 15-20 minute walk to get to the primary tourist destinations, but after a day of the Uffizi to Ponte Vecchio to Academia human conveyer belt, a little calming walk back to the Hoxton was a welcome and wonderful retreat. Great hotel!"

"Our experience was consistent with previous reviews. Location is ideal. Easy entrance into main attraction area and with rooms off an interior courtyard property is super quiet at night. Rooftop terrace is ideal. Relaxing, great cocktails and a perfect way to end a day sightseeing in the crowds of Florence. We didn't realize the restaurant is not open for dinner. Breakfast was crowded, food ok. Overall a nice property."
