"Das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut. Für eine nacht absolut perfekt und das Frühstück war hervorragend. Das Mobiliar ist etwas in die jahre gekommen aber das personal und der garten sind super."

"My wife and I stayed for two nights. We had the Africa Suite which was comfortable, well furnished and spacious with a huge naturally-lit bathroom. The property itself is well maintained with lovely semi tropical gardens and a nice pool area. 4 stars would not be enough but I would have given 4 1/2 if I could for a couple of reasons. (1) the hotel is a long way from the centre (30/40 minute walk at least and) where most of the restaurants are and (2) although efficient, the lady on reception...

"Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft in einer Oase der Ruhe. Die Zimmer/Apartments sind extrem großzügig, haben alles was man braucht, inclusive Holzofen für kalte Nächte. Tracy an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Im Nachhinein wären wir gerne länger geblieben. "

"Our stay was great. The host was outside and greeted us when we drove up. She directed us to our room (an upgrade) and explained the services, mainly breakfast since it was winter. Speaking of breakfast, the hot plate was delicious, a great start to our morning. Only issue was the cold. It was in the high 30s/low 40s and there was no heat in the room or breakfast area. The extra blanket helped, but there was no where to sit that was a reasonable temperature. The staff we met were all fabulous....

Wir wurden herzlich vom deutschsprachigen Gastgeber empfangen, der uns zahlreiche Tipps und Informationen für unsere Weiterreise auf der Garden Route gegeben hat. Die Unterkunft ist sehr liebevoll gepflegt mit einem schönen großen Garten inklusive Pool und Grillstelle. Die Zimmer sind sehr detailliert und liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und wir haben uns rundum wohl...

"This is one of my favourite places near Robertson. Beautiful setting with a little pond you can overlook from the bar. In the evening phantastic atmosphere and vwry peaceful. Also the staff very friendly and I received an excellent breakfast. Had been here before when it still was Rosendal Winery. Now new owners who have some excellent ideas how to develop the place. I really enjoyed the discussion with them. Hope to come back one day and see the further development"

"We really enjoyed our stay. Especially our Toy Poodle and Yorkie. They could roam around freely, because the premises is safe and dog-proof. We enjoyed the goodies supplied and the owners are very friendly. The cottage is nice and big and we especially enjoyed the Netflix. Only negatives, here and there things that were not completely clean, like drawers and over gloves, etc but nothing that a thorough clean can't fix. Overall the place was clean enough. We will definitely go again."
