Bad experience

We were with a colleague and were disappointed by our stay at this hotel. We had a very bad experience with the dinner and before our departure I informed the manager of the hotel, they offered to reduce the price of the invoice. I don't recommend to stay there until: - the refurbishment of the hotel and -they find someone able to cook

C'è molto da migliorare il luogo merita

La stanza presenta alcune cose da eseguire con regolarità e ordine Sotto il bagno dello specchio c'era il segno della polvere che hanno lasciato passare con l'aspirapolvere con i batuffoli di polvere Sotto l'armadio un calzino perso da qualche ospite Le tende oscuranti e non sporche ( macchiate) Cavi a vista dell'antenna del televisore racconti a matassa sotto il mobile Filtro del bagno otturati ( cassetta wc lesionata e non efficiente) Porta e maniglia per il balcone svitata e non efficiente ( non alza la porta che deve camminare sul binario) Ascensore lento idem check in Camere rumorose ( il tutto anche se ho fatto anche un cambio camera)

Trovo la struttura più che buona. Unica perplessità sta nel fatto che avendo avuto un contrattempo improvviso ho dovuto slittare di un giorno il mio pernottamento. Mi sembra assurdo che non mi venga rimborsata la prenotazione cancellata e debba pagare di nuovo la camera. Ho chattato con Expedia per richiedere il rimborso ma mi hanno detto che la decisione spetta all'hotel. Non capisco....in fondo il mio soggiorno è avvenuto la notte successiva! Gli imprevisti accadono, è un modo per mostrarsi disposti ad aiutare il cliente!
