"This is a dream hotel. You feel like in a postcard . Jane was kind and helpful and Gabrielle and Davide always with a smile. It felt like a true holiday and we just didn't want to leave.... The restaurants are amazing. No need to drive anywhere - just lay back in the pool and enjoy the peace and quiet."

"Raffaella was an absolute pleasure, so helpful and charming. The property was just what we were hoping for with its accessibility to the various locales in the Piemonte area. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was delightful in the service of the meal. I can’t say enough about this reservation and how wonderful it was. I would highly recommend it to everyone."

"Stunning Villa with everything within walking distance. The rooms are spacious, clean and really beautiful. Loved the blackout blinds as well. Laundry is available for use which was great for us after four weeks of traveling. Special mention to Andra who went above and beyond for us really appreciate everything she did. Only area for improvement would be breakfast, could be a bit less clunky with the ordering system etc and our order was always a bit wrong. Quality of the food was really good though"

"Nice hotel stuck in the middle of nowhere. The hotel itself is clean and tidy. The staff are superb and speak very good English. You can get breakfast but there is no restaurant here so you either order from Deliveroo or drive to your nearest town. They do serve drinks in the bar/breakfast room. I didn't use the gym because I was really busy. Please note. If you stay here (possibly like me to visit the local institute of cancer) do not think you can walk there. Google maps says 15 minutes but doesn't mention the large locked gate in the way. There are very irregular buses and virtually no taxis. The main road is very busy with slightly insane Italian drivers. I actually was transported by the hospital transport on morning. Get a car! I have now learned for my next visit."

"I only rated this property a 4 because of the mattress, pillows and shower stall. The property is beautiful, well maintained and has stunning views! Breakfast was good and part of the room stay. A small complimentary bottle of wine is given to guests on day of arrival but there is no complimentary water. The beds were not comfortable. You could feel the wire coil springs when you lay down. The pillows are flat, so if you’re used to a soft pillow there are none. July is a very hot time of year and the room we stayed in was very warm (25 Celsius which is about 77 Degrees in F). There are too many mosquitoes to open windows to let cooler air in the evening. We had personal portable fans which we used to try to keep cool. We only stayed 2 nights so it was somewhat bearable. We did love the area. The hotel sits at the top of the mountain so definitely wear comfortable shoes to walk the hilly cobblestone paths"

"This hotel is magnificent. Located on the top of the hills and within a small village, it was the most charming hotel I ever stayed at. The room was very spacious, super clean and offered a magnificent view and decor. The staff were helpful and exceptionally kind. The service and the selection of the local wine was great. The swimming pool and the terrace were exceptional with breath taking views."
