"Struttura super pulita accogliente e facile da trovare, super consigliato. "

"Piacevole pernottamento in questa curiosa e particolare struttura, zona centrale a pochi minuti dalle vie principali, molto tranquilla. Facile il parcheggio. Letto super comodo, self check-in e possibilità di farsi un caffè/thè autonomamente nella sala comune al 1°piano, molto consigliato!"

"Great location. Right next to the castle. Staff are super helpful."

"This is an amazing place to stay. Car parking is safe and in an enclosed gate. The owners and chef were so kind. We loved the dinner prepared by the chef! Beautifully updated villa with all the accommodations of a 5 star hotel. Located in a small village outside of Bologna and very close to the train station for a quick ride to town. Pamper yourself a stay here!"

"Really well cared for apartment. Excellent communication from owner. Couple of points - this is on the third floor, no lift. Some confusion over charges for use of sofa bed. Very prompt and understanding resolution from owner but if you have to pay to use the sofa bed as a twin room then probably other options might be better value for money. If you arrive after dark, the courtyard is pitch black and therefore not great. Appreciate that needs agreement of the building owners but think it...

"The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The location was close to the town center and the train station was within walking distance."

"We loved our stay here! So much space, a comfortable bed, and so close to everything. The room was clean and we had breakfast coupons for a little cafe down the way. Couldn't have been happier. Would stay here again!"

"Very well located in the heart of old Bologna, so close to everything. Right next to The Two Towers: Garisenda & Asinelli. You also get to experience staying in an apartment like setting behind the old doors lining the area's buildings. Their office/breakfast room was very whimsically decorated with old teacups hanging from the ceiling. They literally had old books as "book shelves". It was all very cute and imaginative. Staff was very helpful. Very good location to stay if you are...

"Great clean room, close to the airport, hosts were fast to respond and very helpful!"

"The mini-apartment that I stayed in was very clean and well prepared for my stay. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was well maintained. I had trouble entering the property on the first night, but the staff was very responsive and helped me gain access promptly. Also, it is in an excellent location for exploring Bologna."

"Very good"

"Camere spaziose e pulite. Ottima posizione della struttura per visitare il centro della città. Colazione giusta per il prezzo pagato."

"1. Breakfast maybe include something hot like eggs. 2. Offer fresh towels at least every other day. 3. The bed was to hard made your body ache especially the lower back. The owner was so helpful and kind Thank you Evon abd all staff!"

"Indien je van rust en gemoedelijkheid houdt in een perfect onderhouden complex moet je hier zijn. De gastvrouw Sissi is steeds klaar om al je vragen te beantwoorden en te helpen indien nodig. Het ontbijt leek ons werst wat karig maar eens de gastvrouw haar zelfgemaakte confituur, taartjes en koekjes had bovengehaald was het perfect. Een plaats waar je jezelf thuis voelt en welkom. Ik kan het iedereen aanraden."
