"Room was hot the first day. They came and checked it got it going. Great! Well the tub we wanted to use the water was coming out of the sink told them about it no one came to check. Here is the kicker woke up to no water. Out of their control since a pipe was broken but they did not notify us until I called."

"Check in was horrible. Did everything online prior to flying. Waited in line to chechin then asked to "try" the kiosk. It did not work, not once but twice after staff tried to fix it. The person next to me sane issue twice. Technology should work in 2026. Third day only one elevator out of three worked. Took 30 minutes on the high floor to finally go up to then get out of this place. Not a hotel i would stay at again. Unecessary struggles on a trip."

"Housekeeping only came once and we were there for 4 nights. The Casino was okay, but we were never offered a drink while gambling. The parking was terrible. The lots were not properly attended. The lower deck was often closed off by a gate, but had several available spots for parking which left only the top deck available with minimal available spots since everyone was forced to only use one lot. The building was definitely dated, but overall it wasn’t a horrible stay. I would not stay at this hotel again."

"Front desk understaffed. Takes a long time to check in , check out or change your reservation. Kiosks do not work but still advertised and you waste your time."

"The check in was horrible. They had multiple velvet rope lines like a amusement park. They appeared to be permant, I stood in line over 90 minutes"
