"Property is showing a lot of wear and tear. Staff I interacted with were all lovely, however, it's very much a "machine" when it comes to check in and everyone is pushed to use mobile kiosks. Actual room had a lot of wear and tear but garden view was very quiet outside of pool hours and whatever party they are trying to start. Shower had great water pressure but impossible to not get water everywhere. When I asked housekeeping about it, they brought a shower curtain that helped but unsure why it wasn't there to begin. Check out via a kiosk printed a blank piece of paper and the email folio was unreadable. Asked for a clear copy but have yet to receive it. "

"I did not utilize the spa however, the pool was an amazing. The property itself was amazing. The food choices didn’t close until 4 AM. Everything you needed was on site. That housekeeping department is doing an amazing job with upkeep your room. I will definitely be back!! "
