"I stayed at the Radisson RED with a friend for 4 nights. We are both manual wheelchair users so finding suitable accessible accommodation is often tricky. No issues at all at this hotel. Staff were friendly - getting back to me shortly after booking to confirm that an accessible room was available and reserved for us. "Fantastic hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. They are speak very good English which was very handy. Plenty of great ideas on where to go and eat. Our room was large and modern, it had a water filtration and coffee machine. The bed was very comfy. We visited during their year anniversary of opening so there was plenty going on at the hotel, the staff were keen to point out that all guest were welcome, we enjoyed the cheap cocktails and food which was excellent. "Eden Hotel Was located in a quiet and ideally situated part of the Jewish Quarter. There is no room service at the hotel, and rooms look clean until you look down side of the bed and by the side of the cupboards full of dust and bits and pieces. breakfast was good. "We were only there for one night. However, everything was clean and comfortable. The location was close to Old Town and the train station. AC worked great and there was a nice bottle of wine and water waiting in the fridge. Only downfall, we could not turn off the lighting in the artwork in the double bedroom. We could also hear people talking on the street."
