The hotel was great. Very nice staff, spacious rooms, nice breakfast. Check out breakfast until noon! A for this! Next to the hotel there is a walkable way with green areas, perfect for dogs, you can walk a good distance. Recommended!

I was able to call an after hours telephone number to gain access to my Zimmer. Delight!! Propety is very clean, breakfast was amazing, yes all is good at Munique Hotel Elisenhof.

Old glory

The hotel room is past glory, reviews is incorrect. There is no mini bar in the hotel. When we wanted to order water we had to pay 7euro for a bottle at restaurant prices. The room is old, mainly due to old faded carpet. The room is huge and bathroom is old but has a real shower instead of bath and shower, The breakfast is very complete. But a few years ago we also got fish and salmon. Still very good, but not great or best anymore. For me is to expensive for the price.

I stayed a rew years ago and it was great now it is care worn no tea or coffee making in the room and a notice giving the reception phone number but there's no phone in the room the reception male staff was no help at all this is the last time i stay here

Was uns gefallen hat: - Geräumiges Zimmer mit viel Ablage- und Stauraum - Sehr bequemes Bett! - Sehr gutes Frühstück mit guter wechselnder Obst- und Gemüseauswahl und vielen gesunden Optionen. - Sehr freundliches und bemühtes Personal an der Rezeption und im Frühstücksraum! Was wir schade fanden und anmerken möchten: - Leider kam nur an einem von drei Tagen der Zimmerservice, und bei diesem einen Mal war der Service leider ziemlich unzureichend: Die benutzte Kaffeetasse stand danach immer noch da, Taschentücher und Seife waren nicht aufgefüllt, der Spiegel war immer noch verschmutzt. - Der Mechanismus zum Öffnen und Schließen der Vorhänge war defekt. - An der Decke neben der Leiste für die Vorhänge fehlte ein Stück Tapete. - Bei Anreise waren leider noch Schlieren auf den Spiegeln. - Die Duscharmatur ist falsch herum montiert, Duschen dadurch erschwert. - Die Nespresso-Maschine war leider defekt. - Die E-Ladesäulen waren am Abend der Ankunft alle belegt, zur Hälfte durch Verbrennerfahrzeuge. Ich habe in Erwartung dessen, dass genau das passieren könnte, extra am 19.12.25 im Hotel angerufen und angekündigt, dass ich in der Nacht vom 24. auf den 25.12. auf eine Lademöglichkeit angewiesen sein werde. Und ich habe gefragt, ob es sinnvoll und möglich wäre, eine entsprechende Reservierung an einer der Ladesäulen vorzunehmen. Die Antwort lautete: „Nein, nicht möglich, wird aber auch gar nicht nötig sein“. Tja, war nun leider doch so und somit ziemlich ärgerlich.

Das Zimmer war einmal ein Einzelzimmer..Das Bett wurde gedreht und ein zweites danebengestellt. Während des schlafes kam man dadurch immer an die Lichtschalter und die Steckdose. Fernseher ging nur unzzreichend da der Antennenanschluß defekt war. Die Duschtüren ließen sich schwer öffnen und das Wasser lief nicht normal ab. Die Mischbatterie kannte nur Heiss oder Kalt. Am schlimmsten waren die nächtliche Störung am Flur. Dort wurde Nachts gestritten oder auch betrunken laut geschriehen. Nach der zweiten Nacht klopfte um 7 Uhr morgens das "Housekeeping" mehrfach. Die vorherigen beiden Übernachtungen eun Jahr zuvor waren Top. Zimmer sind Sauber gewesen und das Frühstück sowie das dazugehörige Restaurant perfekt. Sehe freundliches Personal das sich bemüht. Leider war der letzte Aufenthalt enttäuschend.

Frukosten är mycket bra med många goda alternativ. Tyvärr missade städpersonalen mitt rum en av dagarna, vilket ger ett något lägre totalbetyg.

Gute Unterkunft für einen Zwischenstopp. Die Zimmer waren sehr klassisch eingerichtet. Im 1.OG werden die Zimmer renoviert. Das Frühstück war genial, es war von allem genug da, die Auswahl war riesig, einfach toll.
