"I’m really pleased I booked to stay here for the night. The hotel is on a nice quiet street just off a main road with lots of shops, restaurants and is well connected to the bus network. The room was spotless with a very comfortable bed (I slept brilliantly). I would stay again. "
"Really lovely hotel, bang in the middle of Oxford. Very friendly staff, comfortable rooms and interesting building. It is an old prison so the layout can be unusual but it's a very interesting building. Our room had (very good) air conditioning which was handy, I don't think every room has it. "
"I tried 3 different emails & on hold for 15 minutes to try to book parking before arriving and did not get a response. I phoned again on the morning we were due to arrive & was finally able to book parking. It is valet parking as the hotel is in the city centre, £48 a night but we thought the best option.

"This was a great place to stay. The room was simple but clean and had everything I needed for my two night stay. There is no AC, but it was perfect with the windows open during the day. It's a little bit of a walk from the main area that most people would want to explore, but the bus comes right outside, so it's easy! I'd stay here again :) "
"Service focused boutique hotel. Andrew on reception was exceptional, couldn't help us enough.
Hotel is lovely, fantastic decoration and design, so much to look at it was really fun and quirky. So quirky that for breakfast a toy train runs around the breakfast room.
The room was lovely (105) however the double glazing was rubbish and we heard all of the cars going past which woke us early.
You can park up, pay and leave your car there and get buses into town centre.

"The property was great! We were allowed to check in early to stay out of the rain which was very kind! The bed was comfy, but a little small! The TV was great! We had great channels to watch in the evenings! The bathroom was a good size and the shower pressure was great!!! Very happy with our stay!! "

"The property was well maintained and nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable. Shower was lovely. No breakfast served anymore but we didn't need it as we had breakfast plans. I loved having instant hot chocolate and a kettle in the room in addition to instant coffee and tea.The staff were really nice and helpful. Fairly close to the centre and easy route as it's on a main road but not noisy. I'd recommend it and would stay there again."
