"The room was very clean. The staff was competent and polite. The hallways are wide. The outside building walls have a dirty look and the hotel is quite dated on the inside-worn carpeting, dated decor. There are certain amenities I appreciate that were not available to me: no iron and iron board…I do not like hairdryers where I have to continuously press a bottom for it to operate. The location is excellent, but the hotel does not feel like home. "

"Freindly warm greating from reception staff. Hotel was lovely and clean and so was our room. Our room was very accommodating for our family of 4. Lovely spead of food for breakfast. Night time was lovely and quite with good views of the city."
