"Good stay. Nice hotel. Breakfast was crowded - couldn’t find seating. Accommodated our late checkout which was appreciated. Front desk staff was not always at front desk - had to wait to get checked in and get some questions answered. Good location for access to restaurants and Main St. "

"Our room was very spacious and clean. Perfect location to Arches National Park and Moab!"

"When checking in, the person was very friendly and welcoming. He gave us his personal phone number and said to call any time with questions or concerns. The room was clean and sufficient for our needs. There was a table and chairs and the temperature was comfortable. The parking could be improved if the angles went the opposite direction for the outer rooms. In order to get to our room from checking in we had to go out to the main road then turn back in rather than staying on the property and driving around the back, which had to be done every time we left the property. The location was close to everything, including the amazing food truck park! Unfortunately we could see light under the door to our room and it was quite loud due to road noise. I believe the property is being improved and things will get better, there was a pile of old mattresses and bed frames that we drove by everything time we left."

"The staff were amazing as well as the property! The rooms are decorated so cute! Our only issue was the room was really dirty. Clumps of dog hair and dog food all over the floor. The TV stand was covered with pools of water and the refrigerator was filthy both inside and out. We were a late check and the office was closed by time we got checked in. We come to Moab multiple times a year and thought we’d stay somewhere different, very disappointed especially for a $260.00 a night room."
