The property was beautiful, but a bit rundown. The accommodations are old. The staff is very nice, but not super accommodating, at least for American standards. The property requires some updates.

初めての宮古島でシギラミラージュに２泊しましたが、スタッフの皆さんの笑顔が一番素敵で印象的でした。スイートルームだったので、ラウンジやレンタルカートがサービスで利用できたのもとても便利で、ホテルステイがより有意義なものになりました。 時期的なものかもしれませんが、アジア系の方がいなくて（日本人９割、欧米人１割）、とても静かに過ごすことができたのも良かったです。 プールもホテル3カ所、ビーチ２カ所入りましたが、どこも綺麗で人も混雑もなく快適でした。屋外プールですが、温水なので冷えすぎることなく良かったです。また、ジャグジーもあるので、体が冷えたら温めることもできました。部屋もカビ臭さなどなく、気持ち良く過ごせました。夫は、バルコニーのジャグジーに何度も入り、海を見ながらビールを飲み、オーシャンビューを堪能していました。 当日、急遽、星空観察ツアーを申し込みたくて、予約していたルナロッサ（イタリアンのお店）の時間を早めたいとフロントスタッフに相談したら、すぐに連絡を取ってくれ、無事夕食も星空も満喫することができました。 朝食は、蜃気楼の和定食かタートルベイの洋食ビュッフェから選びますが、２日ともビュッフェにしました。初日に食べ切れなかったお料理を２日目に食べましたが、シーフードカレーも帆立と海老のグリルもゴーヤバナナジュースも美味しかったです。8:00〜9:00くらいに、無料でウミガメにえさやり体験もできます。大きなウミガメ３匹がとても可愛かったです。海にプールにラウンジに、ショップに、２泊３日じゃ足りないねと家族と話していたので、今度はもっと滞在したいです。 琉球居酒屋昴で接客が素敵だった店員のお兄さん（MRYさん）に２日後にタートルベイでお会いした時に、「昴でお会いしましたね。」と声を掛け下さり、嬉しかったです、私も覚えていましたよ。この方に限らず、全体的にスタッフ皆さんとてもにこやかで親切で、今回の旅行がより良いものになりました、ありがとうございました♡

朝食の洋食はビュッフェですが、和食はセットなので2回連続は飽きます、2パターン用意されていますが、できれば和食もセミビュッフェとかで対応してもらえると子供達も喜んで和食をチョイスしてくれるので、改善してもらえると嬉しいです。 スイートルームは最高に良かったです。 またきます。

今回3回目、娘家族と6名3泊の滞在でした。ゆったりした清潔なお部屋といつもながらの朝食の充実度は、流石です。又、今回初めて利用したビーチプールは、リゾート感満載の最高の体験でした。オプションの星空ツアーは5分間のみ厳しい雨にはあったものの準備、対応の良さで普段観れないような天の河を堪能できました。ありがとうございました。

3月の11日から13日まで宿泊しました。プールヴィラを利用しましたが、お部屋も清潔でプールも楽しめました。朝食もおいしかったですし、クラブラウンジも利用できるし、広いリゾート内を移動できるプールヴィラ専用のカートもあり、自分で運転して自由に移動できるのもとても良かったです。お部屋のミニバーの飲み放題もついていたので、お酒好きな方にはお勧めです。朝からシャンパン飲み放題サービスもありました。残念だったのは、寝室の空調の音がうるさくてなかなか寝付けなかったこと、カートについているナビがわかりにくく、リゾート内で何度か迷子になりかけたことくらいです（笑）。スタッフの方も皆さん親切で対応も良かったです。ホテル代は決して安くはありませんが、それだけの価値はあったと思います。また機会があれば利用したいと思っています。
