"The driveway is full of potholes. Neither it nor the carpark are paved. It's Dirt and some roadbase. The marked parking spaces are so tight. Don't bring a nice car or wear good shoes! The entrance to the reception is up a flight of stairs with no signage to indicate that they have disability access ..."
