Dear guest,We are truly sorry to hear about the water temperature in the shower. We know that last weekend we had many rooms with 4 occupants per room and the hotel hot water system was overloaded. We have multiple hot water tanks and we did not expect to have any problems. I truly apologize for that.Also, I am sorry to hear about the size of the pillows. At our property we use standard pillows Queen size or King size. It is possible that the housekeepers tucked them in a little bit too tight and made them appear square. I will discuss with them this issue; thank you for your notes.

After a thorough investigation and after I spoke with the breakfast attendant, I learned that her comments were not directed towards you and that she rather expressed her frustration towards the pancake machine's setup.
