"Chambre annulée sur place alors que payée. Très mauvais accueil. Surbooking pour atterrir à 2kms… un Mercure… attention de ne pas confondre Surbooking et Dol. Une fois arrivé au Mercure 4*… Télévision qui ne fonctionne pas, plus de place sur le parking à 20:30, pas de gel douche dans la SDB… pour un surclassement en 4 étoiles… c’est limite… très limite. Il faudrait penser à se poser les bonnes questions. Personnellement je ne me les pose plus concernant ces deux établissements ; a fuir, next....

"Excellent séjour. Chambre conforme au standard de la chaine. Bonne literie. Hotel bien situé (entre la gare et le centre ville), proche des restaurants. Calme. Très bon petit déjeuner dans un espace agréable."

"Las instalaciones son muy bonitas y bien cuidadas, la piscina es todo un lujo y las vistas al río también, el único inconveniente es que al estar al lado del río hay bastantes mosquitos en el exterior. Cenamos allí y aunque el servicio fue algo lento, fue un acierto para no tener qu coger el coche por la noche. "

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and we arrived to find that our two twin rooms and had been changed to a family suite, which was perfect for our needs. Lovely breakfast and everything spotlessly clean. Air con was much appreciated during a very hot weekend. The only disappointment was that the pool was dirty and poorly maintained - I wasn’t even sure if it was open, the condition was so poor, with murky cloudy...

"Séjour du 16 septembre Belle piscine en contrebas du château avec vues sur vignes. Très belle chambre, beaux volumes, peignoir et chaussons fournis. Belle salle de bains double vasques. Ecran téléviseur parfait. Petit réfrigérateur parfait (par contre bouteille d'eau offerte marque repère de Leclerc !) Petit déjeuner à 23€. QUELLE DECEPTION. Ne vaut pas 4 étoiles mais 1 étoile. Chocolat en poudre éventé dans une coupelle et thermos de lait tiédasse. Peut mieux faire pour un 4 *. Peu de choix en...

"Tout est parfait ! Merci pour cet accueil es plus agréable, la qualité du lieu et des installations. On se sent comme à la maison, tout est propre, grand, le petit déjeuner fait minute avec des yaourts, confitures maison. Je ne peux que vous recommander cet endroit bien plus chaleureux qu'un hôtel classique."
