"When I arrived, the staff was very helpful and kind, which I appreciated. However, after that initial interaction, I felt neglected. My room was not serviced during my stay, the sheets were not changed, and I had to come downstairs to request fresh towels myself. Basic items such as tissues were not replenished. When I was checking out, a staff member offered to clean the room, but by that point it was no longer helpful since I was leaving. Overall, the service did not meet my expectations, and I was disappointed by the lack of attention to guest needs during my stay."

"The 1st room we checked in reeked of cigaret smoke. We were moved to another room, which was much better. The room was clean! The only thing I would complain about is that the toilets need to be updated. We stay at this property often. My husband and I are not heavy individuals, but I have bad knees, and was suffering from sciatic nerve. My husband was in an auto accident and suffers in his back & legs. Using the restroom is always a challenge for us, because the toilets are so low. It's like trying to sit on the floor. This last visit, we had to purchase a riser for assistance. Outside of that, everything was pleasant. The staff are great!"

"The staff was largely family and they were very pleasant people. However nothing has been put back into the facility which has numerous water leaks and mold issues . There was an overwhelming odor of marijuana on all three floors. The floors had soap residue which left them slippery. The best description I can give is that the building and house services are not properly or professionally maintained. The breakfast lacked utensils, the scrambled eggs had tin foil, the bakery was stale and tables not cleaned. I do not recommend this motel."
