Dock Underbart vänlig och tillmötesgående personal. Pool stängt 2,5timme mitt på dagen. AC kostar 10euro per dag och då bara igång vissa tider.Vid ankomst i juni safefy box låst,hygienartiklar i badrum saknades,tv funkade inte.Ac funkade inte så det blev rumsbyte efter 2 dagar till ett rum med sämre utsikt och stinkande badrum. "VIlla Ridente is truly a gem. Located along the northern coast of Sicily in an isolated area, there is beauty and peace both on the property and on the beach below. Professional chef Antonio Gaglio prepares sumptuous Sicilian meals served in an elegant dining room that overlooks the Tyrennian Sea and the Aeolian islands. The famous Sicilian warmth pervades every part of the experience. Suites are large, comfortable, and family-friendly. The entire resort caters to people of all ages, with morning yoga classes and children’s activities on the beach and live shows in a small outdoor theatre that allows children of all ages to be entertained while the family eats the best pizza in Sicily. Though the resort offers all of these activities, it is primarily a place of quiet, solitude and beauty. And the price is very affordable. In an era of overtourism, this beautiful spot ]p"

"Best value for a balcony view of the Tyrrhenian Sea and especially the sunset! Brand new, clean hotel, staff was very helpful, breakfast spread actually felt like brunch, with eggs made to order! Just a 5-minute walk from the train station and you're on the beach which appears to run for miles East and West and there's sections of soft sand and stones. Capo D'Orlando hidden secret! Highly recommend an overnight stay!"

"Not sure how this is even classed as a 4*. Rooms closer to a barrack.. doesn’t have shampoo and hair conditioner or body wash so bring your own as they only have a weird water-activated hand soap. When we asked for an ironing board we were told they don’t have any for guests and would only accept dropping our clothes off so long as not linen, with turnaround of 3-4 days… Beds also not comfortable and dirty without a proper cover, only a sheet. Food was rubbish / prison food and depressing, we drove out every day to much nicer areas in Sicily. We learned upon checking in all inclusive does not mean everything is inclusive, still have to top up a voi card for drinks like an aperol spritz or negroni. Did not use amenities a lot as was here for another function, however it seemed the default answer for all hotel staff is no. We were told we needed an animator to allow us to play tennis even though we had brought all of our tennis kit. Felt like a daycare and finally argued through that we can go without an animator, who were constantly on break and inaccessible anyway. Would gladly avoid this place at all costs if you can. A true hell scape, unless you’re into mass produced all inclusive type of experience (which again is not really all inclusive) "
