"We've stayed at The Island multiple times and while the rooms aren't that nice, the amenities usually more than make up for it. This time however, rooms need updating and the WORST part was we had MULTIPLE bugs in our room, like 7 or 8, and one was a GIANT cockroach! I think next time we come back ..."

"Floor was incredibly dirty. Our feet were dirty just walking around the room. There was water leaking in and the tv remote didn’t work for the tv. We only stayed there overnight and left that morning but it was cheap."
