Hotel is very tired, I was under the impression that I had booked a superior room however there was nothing superior about the room I stayed in, cracked toilet, cracked tiles just generally shabby.

Lovely sized rooms. Only downside was the bar stopped serving food at 7pm.

Holiday Inn Birmingham City Centre by IHG
We use this hotel as it is central to theatre land and lots of great restaurants. Room was excellent, clean and very comfortable. The only downside was our complimentary mini bar had not been restocked after the previous occupancy. This was soon rectified following a call to reception. The staff ...
